I recently purchased a vehicle from David and had an emergency light come on. I reached out to David in a bit of a panic due to the nature of the alert and knowing I have a cross country trip in about 9 days. Within 10 minutes of messaging David, not only did he respond to me but had Noah from the Service Dept call me to set up a time to bring my vehicle for inspection.
