Finally unbelievable The reason why I have name this finally unbelievable is because a few months back I came up on Hard Times laid off from my job loss of my family and s The reason why I have name this finally unbelievable is because a few months back I came up on Hard Times laid off from my job loss of my family and some other minor problems. Now I am trying to get back on my feet with a new job, a new home, and new friends. But to get the good jobs, I needed to walk over 5 miles one way. I tried at many car dealerships begged many car dealerships and pleaded with many only return to not receive any cooperation or help. I made one phone call to the local KIA dealership not expecting any results, I spoke to a sales rep named Fred and within a few phone calls back and forth he asked me where I live, and came and picked me up at my house. I received my brand new Kia that night when no others would give me a chance they did that's why it's so unbelievable and I'm amazed how flight and kind they were, they have given me hope and helped me get back on my feet, thank you so much, Fred you're a great guy thanks a lot More

General Manager has unethical work practices I was called by Corey Kime to come visit Performance Kia because they were very interested in my 2016 Kia Sportage and I could get up to 120 % of t I was called by Corey Kime to come visit Performance Kia because they were very interested in my 2016 Kia Sportage and I could get up to 120 % of the value of it. My wife and I went to the dealership to meet Danielle Jaggars, a sales representative. We said we were interested in test driving a Sorento. After the test drive, the negotiations began. There was pricing on leasing and buying, and we did not like any of the options. The paper the salesperson used had a price of 18000 for our trade in. I wrote on a piece of paper our final offer and the salesperson came back and said we have a deal. Everyone was so happy. The deal was for a free car starter , 0 percent down, and 450/mo payment. I wanted to write this on the paper the salesperson was using which had the 18000 trade in for our Sportage (This paper disappeared after they said we had a deal. Nobody showed us what the final deal was they accepted and that is where Bill Workiser comes in. He worked up the numbers and we got the 451.00 payment and the zero down but the trade in changed to 14000 for the old car (I owed 18000 on the car). We did not pick up these changes and signed the paperwork. A few hours later we noticed the change in the deal and I wrote to Bill Workiser, who responded in a way that made me feel stupid. We met with him the next day (today) and he proceeded to treat me like I am so stupid and I should be happy about the great deal I got. If you deal with Bill you will see the smiley guy until there is a problem then the condescending pompous xxx Bill comes to the surface. To top off the new car had burned out headlights , and low tire pressure gauage lit and another lit that I was told means there are problems. I had to have the car serviced on day 1. I say all this so that you will watch them closely as they are a tricky bunch. I was look elsewhere and save the aggravation. More
