I truly thought I’d be laughed at when they got a look at my credit scor This was my first car-buying experience. I was terrified to step foot inside. I truly thought I’d be laughed at when they got a look at my credit score, but Fred (and occasionally the others) were patient with my endless questions, accepted that I was tight with money (even taking the down payment down a notch for me), and fully explained the payments and process for me to get my car. I will forever be thankful for them! And when my car has run it’s course, I will be going back here for a newer vehicle. More

She saw us come in and asked if we would mind having a different sales rep because she didn't want us to have to wait...she was still with a customer. We didn't mind so she set us up with Freddie Benson. That man is awesome! We came in thinking we would just look around a find out what we needed to do financially to get a new car a little down the road. Neither of our credit scores are the best. Instead of brushing us off like a certain sales rep at a certain car lot...that is no longer in business...did to us, he HELPED us to start repairing our credit by putting us in something that we love...AND can afford! He made us feel comfortable and not stressed out. Over all...it was the best car buying experience ever! We will be back when we are ready to trade!!! More
