Terrible expirence Manager needs a lesson in customer service. I was the only customer if the facility. When he came out of the office to review my "great deal" he just Manager needs a lesson in customer service. I was the only customer if the facility. When he came out of the office to review my "great deal" he just worked up for me, it was not what I had presented that I wanted to spend. He said "I just worked for 20 minutes on this, you should buy 2 at this deal". Again, let me remind you I am the only customer in the facility and as far as I knew it was his job to work on "great deals" for people. The sales and finance folks were very pushy and tried to tell me what was best for me. I had to ask numerous times what they were paying for my trade and I was told "we are paying it" I asked to see the number they were paying and again I was told "it's being paid". The only thing that was ok about the expirence was that the sales woman was friendly. More
