Buying new/used car My husband and I made an appointment for Saturday morning searching for a new or used car. The salesman that waited on us was a very nice and polite My husband and I made an appointment for Saturday morning searching for a new or used car. The salesman that waited on us was a very nice and polite young man. After approximately 20 minutes we discovered that we couldn't afford a New car with the options that we needed , so he showed us a used 2014 jeep liberty, it had all the options and needs that we were looking for, and my husband loved it. We wanted to make a deal and my husband asked what the cost was. The salesman asked if we were trading in our 2016 Honda Odyssey and we said yes and then he asked if we would mind going in and work out the details with the financial guy. At that point my husband asked again what the price of the Jeep was and again did not get an answer. Then the salesman said to us we're only going to work up a price if you're absolutely serious about buying the Jeep. My husband told him that he loves the jeep and it's everything we need plus more, he again asked for the price and again he was refused an answer. At this point my husband was getting upset and said to the salesman why can't you give me the price? Still not getting any answer we decided to leave and we left without any apology or any kind of confirmation on what the price was. More
