I bought the car on a Friday I asked if I could come back Saturday to have it cleaned better and they said they’re busy Saturday come back Monday and I could schedule an appointment. Since then I haven’t heard anything from the dealership at all. They told me they would call to follow up to make sure I understand the features of my car. The biggest problem I had was the car not being clean. Their excuse was that they didn’t have a good detailing shop. It made me feel uncomfortable asking for them to clean it. Also the car sales person Angela was commenting on my relationship status suggesting to wait before committing to the girl I came in with. More
