I’ve been car shopping since the July 4th sale and have visited 4 dealerships total. Out of all of the dealerships, I have to say Penske Toyota in Downey had the most efficient service and understanding st visited 4 dealerships total. I was referred to Linh Lam through a friend. Linh was outstanding and completely honest in dealing with my wife and I. We actually brought a vehicle with us (that we weren't necessarily ready to get rid outstanding and completely honest in dealing with my wife and I. We actually brought a vehicle with us (that we weren't necessarily ready to get rid of) to trade in. We simply needed a more fuel efficient vehicle for my wife's long daily commute. Linh showed us we could keep the vehicle we brought to trade in and still have payments on the new vehicle that were within our budget. Linh wrote out all the numbers for us on paper for us to see. He was never pushy or quick to make a deal. As a matter of fact, he even sent us home to think about it and told us to come back the next day, which we did. Linh's biggest concern seemed to be making sure we were comfortable with the purchase we were making and that we drove away completely satisfied. This sealed the deal for us. If given the option, I would use Linh for all of my future vehicle purchases. I cannot say enough good stuff about Linh. He created a totally different car buying experience and my wife and I greatly appreciated it. Ultimately, we went home with a 2012 Camry XLE Hybrid...and we love it! Thanks Linh!!! More
