I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such phenomenal customer service as I did with Linh and Karen of Penske. Not only were my sister and I treated with the utmost respect but we felt as thou phenomenal customer service as I did with Linh and Karen of Penske. From the moment we entered the premises to the drive off, every detail, question and concern was addressed in a friendly and expeditious manner. The bottom line is, if it were possible to clone indviduals, I would certainly clone Linh and Karen! They epitomize what customer service once was and should always be.
