I had to tell him TWICE that I did not speak Spanish. What does that tell you about their preferred clientele? And oh by the way, did they tell you when you made the appointment to come in with less than a half tank of gas? NO THEY DID NOT! Had I know I would not have filled up before I went in. I LEFT because I really could not afford for them to dump a half a tank of gas. Even though I bought (not leased) my car here, they let me know they do not want my business so I won't be returning. (did not work w/mgt but had to check in order to submit) More

Changed gas pump on recall and oil change. Was done fairly quick. They offered to wash my vehicle asked for extra 20 min to wash it but they didn’t wash it not sure why they offer if they don’t follow fairly quick.
