I used to be a customer of Montclair Honda , after my Visit at Penske Honda and meeting Eddie Reyes as I told my wife , Penske has my business.. I had some concerns about my wife’s back brakes and he bee Visit at Penske Honda and meeting Eddie Reyes as I told my wife , Penske has my business.. I had some concerns about my wife’s back brakes and he been told they needed to be changed out . Eddie knew my concern and had them checked he could have told me they needed to be changed out to get a sale but he came back at me said I had some time and they did not need to be changed just yet. That kind of honesty and customer service is something I like and I will be changing my brakes out with Penske . He also walked me to the parts dept for a part I needed .. I was in and out ..
