Made an appointment with Yamen Ghazal from internet sales to purchase my vehicle and he went out of his way to make this deal happen. Most trips to the dealer always make you feel as if they are trying to sq to purchase my vehicle and he went out of his way to make this deal happen. Most trips to the dealer always make you feel as if they are trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Glad he was able to make the sale happen. Also much kudos to Phil Lopez (sales parts), he has always gone above and beyond to explain things to me and help me get all of my Honda vehicle needs, real stand up guy. Financing Mister Mo Maarefi is very polite and very kind. Overall very pleased with my 3rd purchase at this dealership. Car we wanted was the Passport Elite in white and black interior. Yameb drove to the OC to go get us the exact car we wanted. Thanks to Penske Honda look forward to making a 4th purchase soon. More
