Great service from everyone except the finance manager. He was rude, uninterested, and some typing was inaccurate in the paperwork. It would be much easier to respond to this survey through email, but the finance manager typed my email address completely wrong. When I drove back the next day to deliver pink slip for trade in I asked that the typos on the email in paperwork be corrected. They obviously were not.
