Dave Trimble (my service adviser) was prompt, thorough, and did not try to push services on me that I did not need. I leased my car in Monrovia and this was the first time I brought my current vehicle to Penske for service. I was quite impressed and the servicing was completed exactly in the amount of time that Dave promised. I will continue to bring in my vehicle to Penske for future service. More
