Exceptional customer service! I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. After my last car buying experience from a different dealership I was dreading having to go c I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. After my last car buying experience from a different dealership I was dreading having to go car shopping. I saw a brand new car online and emailed to inquiry about it. Zach got back to me immediately, and answered all my questions. After crunching some numbers it was a little more than I wanted. My favorite part was Zach didn't try to push me into something I told him I couldn't afford like other places had, nor did he try to push me into a different car. After looking online some more I found my Escape! The dealership was closing soon but Zach didn't rush, he took his time really telling me about the vehicle. There were two MINOR cosmetic things wrong with the car and Zach had them fixed by the next day at no extra cost, I didn't even have to ask!
