Best car buying experience ever We started with what I was looking for, moved on to what was available, and then Keith took me to the lot to look at what he thought was a good fit. H We started with what I was looking for, moved on to what was available, and then Keith took me to the lot to look at what he thought was a good fit. However, he also showed me both more and less with explanations of the differences. He answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to look and think. What is more, he put up with my wise cracks and long-winded stories. Very helpful in finding me the additional items I needed, all the information about them, and setting up a schedule to get them added. Financing options were presented and discussed: no pressure, just all the information for me to make the decisions. Then when I got to Finance, Carol was easy to work with and helpful with all of the information I needed. Buying a car is a big thing with lots of worries and indecision. Keith was patient and helpful. It was much easier than all of my previous car purchases. So I have to rank it as my best car buying experience ever. More

We were buying a used 2011 Ford Flex and while my wife and I went to go get something to eat while they were getting the car ready I mensioned to her that we would probably need to buy tires for it before to long. When we came back to pick up the car Kris told us they noticed the tires too and even though they were still good enough to pass inspection he said Pegues-Hurst didn't want a car to go out with tires that worn. My wife and I just looked at each other and told Kris we had just talked about it needing tires, . We are very pleased with Kris, James and Pegues-Hurst Ford and love our Flex. More
