We declined an extended warranty, lo jack, a service agreement, no, we do not want to finance - just for a month, each with a separate visit to the man behind the glass and a hand scrawled offer in Crayola until finally they just wanted another $595 over the offer price. Turned out to be a blessing though, as we purchased a new model with same features PLUS at a great price with no xx and very professional service and positive buying experience. This dealership is unethical! These people are thieves! They stole an extra $600 by saying one thing and doing another. They quoted me $8495 out the door and told me the bank neede These people are thieves! They stole an extra $600 by saying one thing and doing another. They quoted me $8495 out the door and told me the bank needed at least $500. They then made many mistakes on the paperwork and kept restarting it and ultimately got me to sign paperwork $600 higher. I went in to ask why they did not apply my $500 dollars cash off the price, they came back saying I agreed to pay $500 out of pocket and finance my quoted price, by telling me that if I look closely that is the finance amount. The sales person said it was the price of the car. I said so explained this if that paper said I was to finance $8495 why did you put $8565 on my contract? They then demanded I leave! I am suing!
