Terrible ALL the way around. Avoid this place! The sales team are liars - Johnny. He can’t keep his word and will avoid you after the sale is done. No return call/messages. Avoid this place! They will charge you for all the extras saying it’s the only way they will get the finance company to take your loan. The service department - Jimmy, is a liar. I took my jeep back after a week of buying it for the blindspot sensors staying on. At the same time I asked the parts department if I can buy a different console holder and have service put it in for me. Jimmy, said it’ll will cost me $800 for the part and another $1400 for the labor. I had the parts department verify the cost; $199 for the part. Complete lie on Jimmy's part. My blindspot indicator also wasn’t fixed. I called him back and he got an attitude saying they fixed it. I asked for the service departments manager, he refused to give it to me. When you call the main number and it gets transferred to a live person, NO ONE ANSWERS. ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. I finally found the General Managers name, Aldo. I called and left him a message. When he called back to talk with me, go to find out the staff are most all newer and they are in a transition. Regardless, not the way you take care of your customers. I will never go back to this place or even recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! More

Greg Cooper whom was my service advisor, was very helpful, respectful and kind. He drove my Jeep to the waiting area where I was sitting, after my oil change was complete.
