Scheduled my Gladiator for 10am appointment for a part that was previously damaged when the leather seat was replaced (twice) via warranty. Received a call at 4pm saying that the replacement part was dama that was previously damaged when the leather seat was replaced (twice) via warranty. Received a call at 4pm saying that the replacement part was damaged and would need to make another appointment. Tied up the whole day!! Why not check parts when they arrive? This particular part was at your service department for over a month prior to my appointment I've been very disappointed with the service over the last year or so. I go to Poway because it's close however, I may be finding a new dealer soon. More

I had a terrible experience with the service department at this dealership. My truck was there for a month, and throughout that time, I received zero updates on its status. Multiple times I was told I woul at this dealership. My truck was there for a month, and throughout that time, I received zero updates on its status. Multiple times I was told I would be called back at a certain date, but wouldn’t t receive a call. To make matters worse, the service department was broken into during that period, and my keys were stolen. I was never informed about the theft; instead, the staff tried to hand me a new key without any explanation. It wasn't until I noticed my other keys were missing that I realized what had happened. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this dealership for service. More
