I previously gave the shop a stellar review because they led me to believe that fixed my problems. They will just blanket all your issues. They missed an issue twice that another shop was able to find right away and correct. They will apologize for not having the time to look at your car properly because they’re short staffed and recommend you bring it back in when they’re a little bit slower so they can look at it again. do not do business with this shop. Great customer service and Jeep Renegade is running like new after all the recalls were serviced and new spark plugs. The only thing is the automatic sunroof is still malfunction which was one of the main r new after all the recalls were serviced and new spark plugs. I think it was a miscommunication on automatic vs manual sunroof? Not a big deal at the moment as long as I have the key to open and close it manually; it just will not retract back and forth for the automatic part is all. Thank you! More

My appointment was on wed- however I needed to drop off on a Monday. I spoke with Louie Padilla, who said hey! No problem if we can we can look at it today. GREAT! Then all lines of communication were lost. I waited til past my apt time and finally called. I messaged the customer portal- nothing. Called nothing. I finally get someone on the line, Richie was rude, and kept hanging up on me 3x. I then get a hold of Ethan. Stated he would look into it and call me. NOPE 2 days later I’m calling calling calling. If I’m not being hung up on I’m being passed to a different mailbox. I get the diagnosis on my vehicle and things just don’t add up. I tell them don’t do repairs and a service advisor says for FU@$ sake- and hangs up on me AGAIN! I email and tell them to call back so I can finish my conversation. I’m not beyond angry and just go to pick up my car. I don’t believe my vehicle was ever looked at in the full week they had it. When we asked if these parts don’t fix the issue they stated well we start low and keep going from there. If you want to pay loads, and not fix the issue, get hung up on, and not be communicated with- go here! If not. RUN! More

When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told that this location doesn’t have a transmission specialist and they would not be able to work on the transmission if that ended up being the problem. I would have scheduled elsewhere if I was told that when I scheduled. 2. Communication sucked. I dropped the car off Wed night. I had not heard anything by Friday, so I called. I was told that the manager would call right back. I called back a few hours later and was told again I would get an update. No call. I drove in and no one could tell me what was going on. I spoke to Victor, the mechanic and he explained that they were requesting warranty authorization. (Victor was awesome and was the only one who ever provided info). I received a call Monday morning and was told the vehicle was ready. When I asked what they did, again, no one could answer. I was told the manager would call me. Didn’t happen. I called back 4 hours later and was told that they changed out a bumper sensor and it fixed the problem. I also had a $225 bill online for this. This didn’t make sense so after waiting for 30 minutes on hold, I was told that the mechanic was at lunch and so was the manager. Again, I drove in. And again, Victor was able to explain what was really going on. There was no sensor changed and my truck was not ready. I had to leave and come back. The car was not ready until about 4:30 that day. 0/10 Do not recommend We have been coming to Pedder for a couple of years now and this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. We had to drive to the dealership/service depart for a couple of years now and this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. We had to drive to the dealership/service department to talk to them and get updates. This happened 5 times. We also had to figure out the issue with the truck (thank goodness for forums and Google), and source our own part from another local dealership. They had the truck for TWO WEEKS because the part was “on back order”. When we got tired of waiting, and we finally made one call to another dealership, they had two in stock (they said they were doing this). We then had to drive to pick up and drop off the part. Horrible customer service. No apologies, just excuses. I know they just hired a new service manager so hopefully things will improve, but for us it’s not worth waiting to see. Such a shame since they used to be great. More
