Due to the misfortune of hitting a pipe in a parking lot, I called Paul Moak Honda for assistance. I came in the dealership for a service issue, upset about honda's parts warranty. I acted out a bit; however, Mr. Viberg kept his cool and went out of his way to answer my concerns and resolve the issue. N honda's parts warranty.
