Never again We have leased many Toyotas. We are what you call a very loyal customer and while we have done business here before each time it was with pain. The sa We have leased many Toyotas. We are what you call a very loyal customer and while we have done business here before each time it was with pain. The sales staff is unrealible, not knowledgable, and lacks follow up. They pulled some sneaky things while at the dealership even though we were a repeat customer. We finally had enough. They lost our trust and relationship so we finally walk out and took our business else where - it almost made us leave Toyotas. But... We found a better dealer still in the area that has much much more inventory, better pricing, wonderful staff and values customer service. We moved all our business and will not be returning to this dealership. Highly recommend NOT doing business here ESP. When there are other dealers with better everything. More

I have purchased many Toyota's in When do I begin... my purchase of a 2012 Toyota Corolla S with only 6500 miles, at CALDWELL TOYOTA was UNBELIEVABLE! I have purchased many Toyota's in my life time from different Toyota dealerships. My experience at CALDWELL TOYOTA was the easiest and most painless of all. My SA Mr. Mynor Cheverria was very professional, not "pushy" and very knowledgeable. He had great patience with my many question about the car that I wanted to purchase. The Sales Manager, Mr. Ralph Mosely was also "SUPER" to talk to. I felt very at ease and not rushed into make my decision making.I will recommend Caldwell Toyota to my friends and family members without thinking twice should someone ask me. Caldwell Toyota may not be one of the bigger Toyota dealerships in New Jersey, but sometimes smaller is better as you get "Personalized Service and Care". You won''t receive this from the bigger dealerships as they probably work on numbers only..... Mr. Alfredo Fabregas, who is in the Finance Department was also very pleasant to deal with. He did not push me on getting extra items that I didn't need when it came to go over the finances for my vehicle. Instead, I explained to him what my needs were and from there he suggested options. Very friendly and listened very well to me. Mr. Thurman Roberts, in the Service Department is a pleasure to deal with. I thought I heard a noise when I started my car and made an appointment at Caldwell Toyota Service and explained to Mr. Roberts my concern. He genuinely took great notice of what I said and let me explain in detail what I thought was wrong with my car. From past experience with other service departments they usually roll their eyes or make some kind of a face like "are you kidding me" kind of expression. It was a Saturday morning the the service department was extremely busy.I was told it would be about 2 hours wait time. Well Mr. Roberts lied to me. Car was actually ready in less than 1 hour. Noise was gone and was assured it I needed anything else that I should contact him anytime. As I said earlier, "Personalized Service and Care". Everything was seemless - from the original discussion, to the final sale, to the trade in, to the paperwork. John Contreras, the Sales Manager, was a true gentleman, and our salesperson, Alan Engert, was terrific - Alan even spent an hour with my mother in law and 45 minutes with my wife to ensure that they understood every aspect of thte new cars. My lease is up in 39 months and I can tell you right now we are going back! More

Excellent Experience! I was looking for a new car and I was recommended by a friend to go to see Julio at Caldwell Toyota. I was very afraid to go in the process like shopp I was looking for a new car and I was recommended by a friend to go to see Julio at Caldwell Toyota. I was very afraid to go in the process like shopping around, making a decision, signing contracts, etc, and honestly, I know people who was scammed and got very bad deals. it is hard to trust sales people from car-dealerships, they don't care about you regardless the silly commercials they do just to attract you and get you. Julio made the big difference between Caldwell Toyota and the others dealerships. From the beginning to the end he explained to me step by step in the sales process, beside his product knowledge and very professional way. I got an excellent deal. I leased a 2015 Corolla LE and it is my first new car and I will enjoy it and keep it. I highly recommend Julio and Caldwell Toyota to everyone. More
