I had a bad experience.. my car got scratched up in the fender and a dirty pair of gloves was left inside the engine bay.. they said they will take care of it, but I’m not going near that dealership again.. and from now on i will go to Paul Miller Toyota of west caldwell… They have the best service in the business.. the lounge area is adequate and clean.. and they have complimentary, water and hot coffee if you want.. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😊😊😊 More
I ordered my car in April, and the salesman was up front and told me it wouldn't be delivered until July. He kept me updated during that three-month period. I visited three Toyota dealerships and Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell won my business. I was respected with my vehicle choice and was not dealing with aggressive salespeople trying to change my mind ab of West Caldwell won my business. Where other Toyota dealerships told me there was an 8 week wait to get a white Toyota 4 Runner, Sammy & his team had my truck within 24 hours. They also great personalities, I worked with Kelly & Sammy. Drive by and check them out. You will be respected and they will work hard to get you in the vehicle you selected. More
I had the first service of my leased car. Sergio at the service counter was nice and said it would take about an hour and a half but when I said I would wait, he said they would try to get i Sergio at the service counter was nice and said it would take about an hour and a half but when I said I would wait, he said they would try to get it done in an hour and the car was ready in an hour. They checked an issue I asked, too. They have a smaller, quiet waiting room separate from a regular waiting room with WiFi. Overall a good experience. More
I think this is a "new" kind of dealership, everyone was so kind and courteous!
