I spoke with a woman in Internet department about a Toyota Hybrid that cost over 24k. I wanted to understand their fees as they have become a big issue with car dealers. They get you in with a low pr Toyota Hybrid that cost over 24k. I wanted to understand their fees as they have become a big issue with car dealers. They get you in with a low price and then add thousands of dollars that can account for over ten percent of the original price. She told me extra fees which included a $1000 document fee and a $1300 Undercoating. The car was purchased from this particular dealer. Wasn't the undercoating done at purchase? She told me these were mandatory fees. They would not negotiate on price or the fee. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Know who you are dealing with! Good luck with this dealer. More

Unlike other dealerships we visited, Omar didn't try to push us on cars they had in stock nor tell us what we wanted wasn't available.... he instead heard what we wanted, put in an allocation request to Toyota and kept us informed of progress.
