Luckily, I came across Paul Miller Porsche website which had a number of 2014 Panamer4's shown in stock so I made a call to the dealership where I was connected with sales person John Farrel. To my surprise, the website accurately reflected their inventory. The salesperson John paid attention to my requirements, located the exact car I wanted, provided me with its vin number, specs and all of the options. After giving me a quote on my car (10% higher than other dealerships because Paul Miller also has a BMW dealership, thus, eliminating the wholeseller), we had a quick bid/offer over the phone then settled on a fair deal. The next day, I brought my BMW to the dealership half-expecting to get a deductions here and there for dings and scratches. Instead, John's sales manager Tom at Paul Miller Porsche complimented on the cleanliness and its good condition. He then told me his mechanics can take care of the scratches so I don't have to worry about deductions on my trade in value. The entire process was very smooth as I was able to drive out in my new car within a couple of hours in the same visit. After I got home, I got a text from John letting me know that they've made a mistake on the pricing and that I've slightly overpaid for the Panamera4. John made an appointment with me then drove to my office the following day for my signature on the new lowered price deal sheet for my car. I highly recommend the friendly sales person John Farrel and his sales manager Tom to anyone looking for friendly service and smooth no-hassle transaction purchasing a Porsche in NJ. More

I purchased a CPO 911 Carrera 4S from Paul Miller Porsche last April, specifically from Raj Ramrattansingh. Raj was incredible in every way - knowledgable, amiable, not pushy, and even went to great length t last April, specifically from Raj Ramrattansingh. In the process, he became a friend of the family and we as a whole would refer anyone to Raj (and Paul MIller) without hesitation. It's a beautiful dealership, laden with authentic Porsche prints and memorabilia. It may be a Porsche dealer, but there's not a hint of pretentiousness in the air. I have bought two new cars from this dealership and was planning on buying a new Cayenne this month. My first visit on April 29 found the dealership busy but I was able to look at a demo that they were wi planning on buying a new Cayenne this month. I had to call several more days just to get pricing. No follow up on their part at all. Next, I brought my Cayenne in for trade in value and since I bought it here, I was surprised that they gave me the lowest amount of all other local Porsche Dealers. I was there one more time to discuss purchase but again they didn't have time to talk and they never followed up with a phone call. I purchase a new Cayenne from another dealer and next year when I purchase another Porsche, Paul Miller will not be included in my selected dealership even thought they are the closest to my home. This was my second purchase of a 911 from Nick at Paul Miller. My first purchase was in '06 when I bought a 911 4S coupe. He kept in touch over the years and when I lost my car to Hurricane Sandy, I went back to him. He not only help guide me through my decision on whether to buy a used 911 or a new one. Once I test drove the new one, I decided to buy new and we spent a great deal of time on options and he offered his opinion and perspective, showed me pictures of options that you don't normally see in the showroom or on in stock cars - other customer cars. Once my purchase was made, he made sure I had time to verify that the options list was final and then he pushed the button to lock it into the order system. During the time of ordering to delivery, he would call and email me on status. Made me comfortable during the entire process. Anthony is the financial manager, since I chose to lease the car. He was very courteous and made sure that I was comfortable with every number on the lease agreement. He was upfront on the money factor and residual and how the calculations were made. We spent the time to go through everything. Paul Miller has a very good team. Go speak to Nick about a new or used Porsche. More

After reading the reviews of Paul Miller Porsche, I am amazed at the low ratings. I now know that the people that write these reviews are the complainers and people who have a grudge against you. The satisfied customers usually don't write any reviews. I want to rectify these wrongly placed reviews. Since 2009, when the prior sales manager, Reza left (what a horrible, demeaning person), I happily dealt with Nick and Paul, the new sales manager and bought 4 Porsches - 911, Cayennes and Panamera. I have a new 2013 911 Carerra S on order and delivery is due in late September or October. I have found that my dealings with the dealership is above board, honest, receptive and have not met any of the resentment that other people have mentioned. I am a professional, but usually appear at the dealership in a t-shirt, jeans and a sweat shirt. I do not appear that I am affluent and purchased all of my vehicles without any financing. There is no profiling at this dealership as I have seen and a victim of at other dealerships. I really hope that this long review does not turn too many people off, but I cannot let such inaccurate statements go unchallened. More
