He is courteous, responsive, offers service with a smile, and is attentive to my needs as the customer. I would absolutely recommend Paul Miller Porsche for service needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron personally. The reason that I marked the score for "price" as a 3, is because Porsche dealer service is undeniably expensive. However, Aaron graciously applied a $100 credit to my bill on account of a coupon that the dealership had mailed to customers, even though I hadn't brought the coupon with me (and indeed, I didn't even know about the coupon). Really really bad services. We, consumers, deserve better. Extremely difficult to talk a sales person. Don't you expect a call back. You call and they will toss you around. My level of content was so much so that I referred my very close friend to Chris and the dealership today after he had been working with a competing Porsche dealer, who do NOT do things the right way when it comes to customer service.
