Where to begin? During the 3 years of my lease I dreaded any interaction with Paul Miller Porsche. The lack of communication is mind boggling, and when I went to buy my lease at the dealership, it took 3 1/2 hours. The sales associate called me a couple minutes before I was about to arrive at the dealership for our appointment expressing fristration because he was behind schedule and said he’ll “figure it out” when I get there. Wow. And at the end of the 3 1/2 hour wait (i was initially told 1-2 hours), they had the audacity to keep me and try to talk me into various warranties. Did they think I’d brought a sleeping bag? More

Beware! !!! I am writing this review to describe my horrendous experience at Paul Miller Porsche Parsippany New Jersey Service Department. However, the mi !!! I am writing this review to describe my horrendous experience at Paul Miller Porsche Parsippany New Jersey Service Department. However, the minute by minute disappointment from Mike Rose from the service department are highlighted below I hope these concerns are further investigated to ensure that no customer experience what I experienced. Also reached out to the service Manager and have not received a call back. Listed below are obstacles faced at Paul Miller Porsche: 1. 50,000 miles service scheduled service rendered paid $1875+taxes 2. Scheduled pick up vehicle and after driving for 4 hours air conditioner not working. Drop vehicle off and coolant pipe had a hole 3. After 2 weeks in shop, vehicle pickup and two day later airbag error displayed on car and then check engine light comes up. After vehicle been in Porsche care from June 28-July 20 there was also an airbag error on July 22. Never had an infraction until paying for a $1875 service with Mike being condescending on every message received. 4. Tire pressure low. The service advisor to include Mike Rose has been aware of the issue and now my tire is showing a nail in the back tires and still not fixed I paid for complete service on the vehicle.Is there a quality control process in place were the technician assign to complete the service has over site, This is not the first time that this has happen the perception of dealers does not change the question is that when these things happen there is no trust with the people who we are paying a premium. Porsche Miller Parsipanny service team need a reevaluation. Mercedes spoiled us and that’s were I will going back to moving forward. Quality process is important if the goal is to keep your current customers. More
