Scott was OUTSTANDING. My disappointment was not with him or his excellent communication. I purchased my car from Paul Miller and travel a long way to use them for service. I believe in Loyalty. They did not replace the screen because even though they saw it had a heat problem, it wasn't high enough that BMW would allow replacement. Therefore, I run the risk of my navigation cutting out again. 2. Oil Replacement: They did replace the oil but kept the indicator at replace in 3000 miles so I have to come back again to replace the oil. Its a BMW policy so even though the oil was replaced, I have to come back in, arrange a loaner, spend the time to drive in/out for an oil change thats not needed. Its a waste of time on my part AND a waste of money on BMW's. But its the policy. I will still come to Paul Miller but wanted to let you know my disappointment. I had an accident and totaled my 2007 528xi. It was towed to Paul Miller collision where Al Grazioli worked quickly with my insurance company to determine that the vehicle was a total loss. Al put me in contact with Cathy Kundert who helped me select a new 2013 528xi to lease. I met with Jim Caruso who worked out the details of the lease agreement with me. I can honestly say that these individuals turned my bad experience into a very pleasant one. They helped me through a really difficult time and made my new purchase a wonderful experience! Thanks to the coordination and dedication of these individuals, I was able to drive off in a car I really love! More

Excellent service -had a problem that required the car to be left with service dept-was provided a loaner vehicle that provided us with all the comforts of our primary vehicle and then more.
