I've always received very good service by Paul Miller BMW, Wayne, NJ; however, this past visit was truly exceptional from the moment I arrived until I picked up the car. The service consultant was frien BMW, Wayne, NJ; however, this past visit was truly exceptional from the moment I arrived until I picked up the car. The service consultant was friendly and kept me informed through the entire process, and always asking if the status of my service was ok with me. When picking up my car, again I was provided with excellent customer service; unfortunately, I do not know the names of the individuals who accepted the loaner car back, the front desk/cashier, and then returned my car to me. I would be remiss not to mention how clean and shiny my car was returned, including the inside that was vacuumed. More
Helped me with tradein and exceptional finance terms. I have never heard of these terms, .9% 48 months, unlimited mileage and balloon payment on an automobile. Worked with Ken Walters who was a pleasure to deal with. Ken and the service department repaired a problem with the voice command system and iDrive system that I've had since purchasing my new car in June 2 Ken and the service department repaired a problem with the voice command system and iDrive system that I've had since purchasing my new car in June 2013. Repair (reprogramming) was done in two days and loaner car was great. I drove approximately 1/2 an hour to get this work done by Paul Miller BMW and plan on using the dealership again. Previously had same problem looked at by Prestige BMW, which is less than a mile from my home, who had my car for an entire week and did not fix a thing, actually scratched trunk area. I'm so happy everything is working properly now and quite annoyed that had to deal with the daily problem (iDrive and voice command not working) because Prestige BMW did nothing! Should have used Paul Miller BMW months ago! More
The GREAT news is that I VERY RARELY have to come in for service because my car IS a BMW... But when I do need service it is a treat and a pleasure to receive true CUSTOMER SERVICE from Rich Riulli, the service because my car IS a BMW... All of the people that I intereact with at Paul Miller BMW make my service appt. go so smoothly and pleasant. They listen, they pay attention, they care about the customer and show it through their actions of taking care of my car and treating me very nicely when I am there and I truly appreciate it. More
I have been using Rich for the last 6 years with our 3 series, our 5 series and our X5. His professionalism and service is fabulous. He is the main reason we stay with Paul Miller.
