Once they realized that it would need to stay overnight, they found me a loaner without hesitation. The car was fixed, and I only paid for parts that were not warrantied. Over all experience was positive....from drop off to pick up. My service coordinator Ken was thorough with what needed to be done to my vehicle and explained how long it would take. Pipes frozen.
