Best Car Buying Experience I just purchased a pre-owned 5 series on Friday and by far it is the best car buying experience. Rocco helped us, answer all our questions. We were there with our 4 year old and he always asking us if we needed anything. Frank was also very helpful he took us to the car and showed us all the cool features the car had. Marcelo in Finance was also very helpful and patient with us when discussing payment and different warranties. Overall Paul Miller BMW was a pleasure to do business with. I have already told many family members where to go for their next car. Being from Upstate NY I did not mind going all the way to Jersey for my beautiful car and great experience. More
Bad customer experience My experience with Robert Mann was not a good one. At first he was accommodating and regularly kept in touch for incoming CPOs that met my criteria. H My experience with Robert Mann was not a good one. At first he was accommodating and regularly kept in touch for incoming CPOs that met my criteria. He put me in a 550 listed at $42888. The week subsequent to me test driving I contacted him regularly to negotiate for the vehicle at 41000. His responses were spotty, non-committal to my requests/questions, and I felt as though that he wasn’t trying to sell me the car. He finally told me that someone had already purchased the vehicle. It was obvious at the point of me test driving someone was already lined-up to purchase the vehicle. Instead of being honest with me at first and saying someone is close to purchasing this vehicle, and if you want it you need to pay 42888, he dragged me through days of nonsense. Overall very bad customer experience and I will ensure my friends/family/coworkers are aware of my experience before deciding to go to Paul Miller. More
Excellent Service and customer care I recently had an excellent experience with Paul Miller BMW, and specifically with service advisor Robert Smith. I own a 2011 BMW 535xi with over 90 I recently had an excellent experience with Paul Miller BMW, and specifically with service advisor Robert Smith. I own a 2011 BMW 535xi with over 90,000 miles. I had never been to Paul Miller before for service and came in seeking to have the brakes (rotors and pads) replaced under the extended warrantee, since they had never been done. Unfortunately, corporate BMW would not approve the brakes, taking the position first that they were not covered by the extended warrantee, which was incorrect, and then claiming that the pads and rotors didn’t need replacement despite the passage of 90,000 miles, squeaking and now warping. My experience with corporate BMW was totally negative and caused me to have very strong feeling of never purchasing a BMW again. Thankfully, my experience with corporate was in no way mirrored by my experience with Paul Miller BMW. The Dealership took it upon themselves to replace both the front and rear rotors and pads at no charge to me, providing this merely as a goodwill gesture to a customer. I was truly impressed that the Dealership would take the position that BMW should have, and absorb the cost of these items. Clearly, they understand what it means to develop and maintain a client base and thy have earned my respect and continued business by their professionalism. TERENCE M. SCOTT More
