I purchased a pre owned vehicle from over 300 miles away in Massachusetts , most of the transaction on line and overnight mail. Once we agreed on pricing after some Shifty price changing on the internet after I gave them a $1000 deposit ( typical shady manager moves) she handed me over to Alex Reynosa who was also very professional, accomidaiting , answering my random questions through out the two week transaction period. He never was less than 10 minutes on any questions. I was fairly disappointed that once the car did arrive they had never changed the oil from the prior owner saying their service dept said it wasn't needed? What ? Saving $80 by NOT changing oil and filter, probably not a good idea moving forward. I would give a 5 star except the shady pricing " Bump" of the service bill was higher than we thought... Obviously not from changing the oil with Mobil 1 as required. I would still do business with them again , However I would want copies of what the repair order And I should have alerted the General Manager on the manager who played pricing tricks. Samantha and Alex dealt with it with a smile and never missed a beat. Two great employees who Miller is lucky to have. More
We searched all over NJ/NY for a specific car. In one hour, Brittney S found the car we wanted out of state. She gave us the best deal and had the car ready for pickup in 24 hours. WHEN COVID STARTED KEN TOLD ME HE WAS PULLING MY OLD USED PARTS FROM GARBAGE (SINCE HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND MY CLEAR STATEMENT NOT TO DO A SERVICE WHICH BTW I WAS ON SPEAKPHONE AND WIFE HEARD THE EXACT CONVO ) THEN THIS WEEK ANTHONY REPLIED BACK TO ME WHAT HE INTENDED FOR HIS STAFF IN AN EMAIL CALLING ME A "PAIN" NOT ONE PHONE CALL FROM MANAGEMENT TO APOLOGIZE OR ANY REAL CONCERN ACCEPT A BS REPLY SAYING THAT WASNT MEANT THAT WAY WHATOTHER WAY CAN IT BE MEANT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN AFTER SPENDING A LARGE AMOUNT ON YOUR VEHICLE. BTW IM AT LEAST A 5 TIME PAUL MILLER GROUP CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YRS I LET THE FIRST INCIDENT GO BY WHEN COVID FIRST HAPPENED TRYING TO GIVE THEM SOME BUSINESS THEN THIS.
