I had a very negative experience at the dealership. When I first called up, they told me there were no appointments for them to take my car in. They told me I could drop it off and maybe they would loo When I first called up, they told me there were no appointments for them to take my car in. They told me I could drop it off and maybe they would look at it in a week. They also said to me if there's an issue, just have the car towed in. Like this is no big deal and of no expense.I wasn't looking for an immediate appointment so then I said you have no appointments in the future where they then offered me an appointment Two weeks from that date. I had no issue with this, but I did ask to please have a loaner car not a rental car. My last experience with getting a rental car was very poor and I stressed this in my phone call. They told me to call the dealership the day before my appointment to make sure there was a loaner car. I called the dealership the morning before my appointment and they assured me I would have a loaner car but when I went in the next day to drop my car off, they said they had no record of me even asking to have a Rental or loaner car. While waiting to try and rectify this situation, I overheard the women in the side office telling the associate helping me Oh well to bad tell her there's nothing we can do. I'm sorry, but that is not how you treat a customer. This frustrated me more Upon hearing them talking about me. I was not the one that made the mistake. I did everything they asked me to when I initially called two weeks prior to my appointment.A man by the name of Shai Tried to make the situation better by offering to drop a loaner car at my house when it became available and picking up my car for service then. I agreed to that after wasting half my morning at the dealership. They picked my car up on a Wednesday and then called me two days later on Friday to let me know that they were going to put the car up again on Monday and they would give me a call then. I never heard from them Monday, but I was trying to be patient and I waited until Thursday, which was now eight days after they initially got my car with only one update almost a week prior when I called on Thursday. I was told that the person dealing with my car was not in the office and that nobody could give me an update until he returned the next day. I don't quite understand why no one else in the service center could give me an update on my car but again I tried to be patient being that I had a loaner car. The next day I waited until 1 o'clock and then decided to call for an update as the associate handling my case had still not called me back. He then told me that they were looking to put a new battery in my car and check the suspension. When I dropped the car off, I told him the issue was a squeaking noise and the stability track light had gone on and said it needed to be serviced. Upon telling the associate this, he acted quite surprised like he had no idea why my car was there. This is now 10 days after initial drop off. About 40 minutes later he called me and told me that my car was ready. When I came to pick my car up, they told me the car would be brought around shortly. I patiently waited 30 minutes for my car and then checked in to see what the delay was. They walked into the office and took my keys off the wall and said that nobody ever went to go get the car. So I was there 45 minutes after my paperwork was complete before they even brought my car to me. Needless to say this was a very negative experience from the moment I called for the initial appointment I was treated very rudely on the phone and when I dropped the car off, I was treated very poorly by the girl at the front desk. Not to mention the women that decided to talk about me in the side room. As a customer that had their car in this dealership for just shy of two weeks, I believe I was very patient through it all. But I will definitely think twice about ever returning here. Or buying another Cadillac for that matter. More

very slow in diagnosing issues-sometimes taking days to diagnose. When received word car was ready, I waited there for 20 minutes until car brought out.
