I have returned to using the service department for all my Cadillacs, and I have been very pleased with the quality of service performed. In fact, a long standing defect with my CT6 was corrected becaus my Cadillacs, and I have been very pleased with the quality of service performed. This problem could not be diagnosed by the dealer where I purchased the car, but it was by Conte!
