All personnel were friendly and sincere, prompt, clean, and well-dressed. My salesperson Danny was most personable, patient, and able to both listen and speak.I am hoping the service is as good as the fro and well-dressed. One errror I made, however, is not checking that the car has power-side view mirrors to allow access to my small one-car garage. I found out that they can be closed manually, but it is an extra effort for an 81 yr.old woman who is handicapped. Hopefully, I will get used to it. The car is a red beauty and a showcaser on the road. The showroom is sparkling and immaculate, as are the bathrooms and lounge area for waiting. Localtion is convenient on Sunrise Highway , not far from Meadowbrook Pkwy. All personnel were helpful. It appears to be a good place to buy a car, and I am hoping to find the service excellent also. The entire experience was easy and without snags, smooth and with clarity and transparency. More
