Keith is a very professional friend. I am a guest who does not speak English. I have been to many Cadillac stores, including those in New York City and Long Island. Because I don’t speak I am a guest who does not speak English. I have been to many Cadillac stores, including those in New York City and Long Island. Because I don’t speak English, the sales staff in other stores discriminated against me. They disliked my poor English and made it difficult to communicate. I remember a Long Island sales store in Smithtown, Long Island, New York. There was a female salesperson starting with J. She seemed very impatient when I chose the low-end Escalade. However, when I asked about the mid-range and high-end models, she seemed very happy. Finally, I told her that I needed a low-end model. At that time, I was very angry and felt that I could not speak English, and I chose the low-end Escalade to be discriminated against by the salesperson, so I left. When I came to Keith, Keith was very enthusiastic about it. After I booked the car, I made a choice because I felt that the waiting time was too long. At that time, I wanted to have the gearbox of my suburban repaired. I asked Keith if I could cancel the car I booked. Keith asked why I might have waited too long. He tried very hard to help me solve the problem. Finally, I decided to repair my suburban. However, after a week, the repair shop told me that my subrban could not be repaired. I went back and found Keith. I didn't expect that he was still very enthusiastic about me and willing to help me. It is because of such a perfect salesman that I can get my Escalade today.
