When my lease was up on my Escalade, I debated whether I wanted to keep it or go with a completely new vehicle outside of the Cadillac family. I have had two issues with my vehicle that were flawlessly resolved by Ryan, who always remains calm and keeps the customer in the loop. They always serve fresh coffee and bagel and the waiting room is great. Spacious with a tv on but there's never a long wait so its all good. Oh, and the bathrooms are always clean too!
