I've had issues from the beginning sale back in 2019 from poor service upon picking up my certified preowned vehicle to poor quality service during my warranty period but what took the cake was most recently poor service upon picking up my certified preowned vehicle to poor quality service during my warranty period but what took the cake was most recently in May of this year 2024 when I went into another Cadillac dealership to inquire upon purchasing another new Cadillac and trading in my existing one. What came next was a shocker. The salesman comes back to us and tells me what I would have never have expected. That the Cadillac I purchased from Paul Conti in 2019 was involved in 2 non disclosed accidents. One 6 months into their lease that was moderate damage and another in 2017 that was minor. All involving front end collisions of some sort. I tell this salesman that's impossible because I received a clean CarFax carefully gone over with myself and Paul Conti salesperson Nelson Galeano back in 2019 during the presale and when picking up. This new CarFax presented to me by another Cadillac dealership details both accidents 2-3 years prior to my purchase however the CarFax I received in 2019 from Nelson Galeano is not showing any of these 2 accidents. Very suspicious that neither one was disclosed during my sale at all. The car was being leased at the time of both accidents out of Paul Conti so both accidents occurred during that time. I purchased an off lease vehicle from Paul Conti that was involved in 2 accidents while being leased out of their location and they never disclosed this to me as the purchasing consumer in 2019 upon my sale. I've already contacted Consumer affairs and BBB and have this on file. Another thing is I have been experiencing a slight rattling noise and roughness in my front end since the day I picked up my car back in 2019 and I've brought it to Paul Conti's attention couple times during a service visit and they passed it off as just the way run flat tires perform and that nothing was wrong. Now I find out from a local independent repair facility that my front struts are the reason for this slight rattle and roughness I've been experiencing all these years. I believe this strut issue occurred most likely during these 2 accidents but was never addressed. I have yet to hear from anyone at Paul Conti to address these accident non disclosure issues to try and resolve it. I wanted to get another Cadillac but now I'm addressed with a resale value issue that seems to put me in between a rock and a hard spot as to what to do. I'm considering seeking legal advise as to what can be done in court by an attorney but I need to find time to research one. In the meantime, I wouldn't recommend stepping into this dealership for sales or service unless something changes and they step up to the plate with some resolution to save the Paul Conti's reputation which doesn't look good as of now. Accident non-disclosure is a very serious issue and had I known, I would have never purchased this vehicle from them. I base my buying decisions and I believe most consumers, on whether a car has been involved in accidents and my trust in Paul Conti has been shattered and its a shame because even though I've had service issues during my visits to Paul Conti, I still felt some loyalty to return when I could, but now that loyalty has vanished More

it is sad when you're having an issue with your Vehicle and the people who you rely on to fix the problem seem like you're of no importance. Not only did they charge me 700 dollars twice for what the mater and the people who you rely on to fix the problem seem like you're of no importance. Not only did they charge me 700 dollars twice for what the material cost, they also charged me 1500 dollars for labor and still haven't Solve my issue, not only that. they deliver my vehicle to me with some of the wiring not connected. My 12 years old son properly could have done a better job faxing my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last service department on Long Island More
