This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and it was great. Tony Lee put me in a 2013 ford focus that I never saw myself driving. He gave me a fair trade in value for my broken dow dealership and it was great. Tony Lee put me in a 2013 ford focus that I never saw myself driving. He gave me a fair trade in value for my broken down kia and found different rebates that I could use. Everyone was curteous and professional and made my first real car buying experience a great one. Justin P did a great job of reaching out to me via email as I used the internet to find the car I wanted. Even after I told him I was looking at another dealership and working on a deal with them. He told m as I used the internet to find the car I wanted. Even after I told him I was looking at another dealership and working on a deal with them. He told me if he could do more to earn my business he was willing and if the deal didn't work (which it DIDN"T!) to please keep Paul Cerame in mind. He worked with me to come up with what I feel was a fare deal. I also liked your finance department Bob I believe was his name. He found me two differnent options to choose between and let it up entirely to me as to which one I picked. I also appreciate the fact that your dealership does not charge a DOC fee for the loan paperwork. Very nice, no surprises that way after the deal is complete. Chuck Lawless was an incredible salesman. He went above and beyond to find the car that was perfect for me, with the payments that I asked for. He was not pushy, and did not try to convince me to spend mo and beyond to find the car that was perfect for me, with the payments that I asked for. He was not pushy, and did not try to convince me to spend more than I wanted to. I went in simply with a goal to lower my car payments (by $130) and drove away two days later in a wonderful Ford Fusion. Joe Ford was also great. He gave me wonderful advice about receiving a refund from my previous dealership that I otherwise would not have known about, and helped me finance my loan in a way that would work best for me.
