This is my second time coming to Sharon for a car so that should tell you I trust her. I bought my first car from them last year however I wanted a muscle car now. After visiting another Ford dealer in the St. Louis area that was recommended by my sister, I returned to Paul Cerame, with whom I become acquainted with when contemplating a new car purchase in the summer of 2012. When I returned to Paul Cerame in December of 2012, Vicky not only assisted and guided me through the finance process, she also listened to my needs and guided me in narrowing and selecting the vehicle which best suited my needs. In addition to guiding me through the finance process and assessing my needs Vicky, provided 5 Star customer services in providing me with transportation as well. During the time of my purchase I was unable to drive due to a vehicle accident and Vicky being aware of my limited mobility made the purchasing process as seamless as possible by personally transporting me to and from the dealership and delivering my brand new 2013 Ford Escape SEL to my doorstep. Because of salespersons like Vicky, it doesn’t surprise me that Paul Cerame’s customer service rankings are so high.
