Tim was my sales man & was great to work with! Tim was very personable and went out of his way to ensure I received the car that best suit my needs in a very short period of time. However, to make the sale even better, I would have appreciated a follow up to ensure overall happiness with the car sale. Minor things made me feel that I was sold a car, but was forgotten about.i.e- Had to continuously call to set up an appointment for my car, nor wasn't given any car mats also, there were scratches on my car that I asked to be fixed but weren't. These things were very minor incidents, but overall, I am happy with my car purchase and I will highly recommend Paul Cerame to others in the future. I also would like to say that the service department and Doug Clever were great to work with as well! Thanks! More

What can i say? I was referred to Jim hill by my mom. I hesitated. Doubted myself. After sitting at another dealership for 8 hours and still leaving with nothing. I live in Illinois and drove over to MO to test drive a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I was undecided between a Fusion and a Prius. He sent me numerous emails with information I requested. When I had asked the two IL dealerships about a brochure or something that helped explain the different Fusion packages, neither one could provide me anything. Chris Stallman contacted us via E-mail within a few minutes of our initial inquiry. He found the exact car we were interested in (color/model/etc) and sent us a copy of the window sticker for our revi minutes of our initial inquiry. With two kids in college, taking the plunge into a new car was a little spooky. Chuck's low pressure approach helped us feel at ease and he worked hard to get the best trade for us. We visited other dealers, but returned to seal the deal at Paul Cerame because we felt most comfortable dealing with their staff.
