It had a lot more rust on the undercarriage and the power ports do not work. Go with an honest company that appreciates out of state buyers such as North Town Mazda. You may want to check out Carvana or other online buying sights. I will not buy from Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro again. More

The worst customer service experience of my life. Summary: Definitely the worst customer experience of my life. Sexist innuendo (can a girl really buy a car?), broken appointments with no apologies or Summary: Definitely the worst customer experience of my life. Sexist innuendo (can a girl really buy a car?), broken appointments with no apologies or explanations, and a horrendous paperwork snafu with the title. The Story: I purchased a 2015 Forester from Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro in March, paid cash in full for the sale. Patriot agreed to title the vehicle for me in my home state since I'm a student and temporary resident in New England (for a fee, of course), so I could keep my plates. Buying the car wasn’t a great experience - my salesperson had me drive out to the dealership to buy the car when there was no one there to handle the paperwork and over the buying process made some comments insinuating that I (as a woman? as a young woman?) couldn't drive stick, and couldn't sign for this vehicle by myself; then the financial manager was a half hour late to a scheduled appointment the next day, with an excuse but no apology. Rude, but I was willing to overlook this so I could get the vehicle I wanted. I’ll acknowledge that it was a relatively complicated case, involving an out-of-state registration, but it took a month for the temporary registration to come in, during which time I heard nothing from the dealership - no updates, ever. And when I called and emailed, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. I took possession of the vehicle in April, with the assurance that I’d get a title in the mail. Three months went by with no sign of the title. In August, I called my home state's DMV and was told that they never received the paperwork or payment. I followed up with calls and emails to Patriot but it took multiple contacts for me to get through to the right person, with several emails and calls not returned. After a few weak assurances from the title clerk at Patriot that they were dealing with it and talking with the 3rd party agent who handles out-of-state registrations, and after I spent hours on the phone with the folks at the DMV (who were quite nice, it turns out), I stopped hearing from the title clerk at Patriot - she never picked up my calls, and didn’t return emails. When a simple “we’re working on it, this is what we’re doing, we haven’t forgotten you” would have done the trick for me as a customer, I got nothing. I called the dealership several times to speak with sales managers, who could give me no information and seemed confused about the details of the issue. Finally, after a manager emailed me and told me, falsely, that it was taking so long because the car I bought was titled in Michigan (it was a Rhode Island title), I emailed the whole managerial staff and the owner, detailing my title issue and my communications with them in the 6 weeks since I had discovered there was a problem, and letting them know I would be submitting a complaint to Consumer Protections in the Mass. Attorney General’s Office if I didn’t hear from them. Needless to say, I did not hear from them. My last communication with them was that email. However, this last mass email must have gotten someone at Patriot moving on my case, because I got a call from their 3rd party agent, who was responsive to my calls, and called me with updates. Finally, in the first week of October, the 3rd party took care of the problem. I would NEVER recommend Patriot Subaru of NA to anyone hoping to buy a Subaru in the RI/Southeastern Mass area. Their sexism, rude and dismissive behavior, and lack of follow-through on the title issue were unacceptable. Subarus are great cars. Skip Patriot and look for another dealer. More

Tom Sabetta approached us and was very professional and answered all our questions. He explained everything in detail. He has been awesome. Always replies to any and all my questions in a very professional manner. The experience I had from walking through the door to leaving as an owner of a Cross trek was awesome. Smoothest Purchase in Decades! I don’t typically take the time to write a review, I have only written one in the past because they were well deserving of one. Patriot Subaru deserve I don’t typically take the time to write a review, I have only written one in the past because they were well deserving of one. Patriot Subaru deserves one as well! I have pretty much been through the gutters myself when it has come to car dealerships, I simply hate going to them! I spent the last 8 months doing a lot of test driving and research for my next new car. The short version is, I was very interested in the Subaru Ascent that was not yet released. I ultimately solicited about 6 dealerships for a quote. After a couple of months, I went to Patriot because they were scheduled to have a demo onsite. I went there and reviewed it, but it was not available for a test drive at the time as I recall. I met with Pat Kelly who graciously and calmly assisted me with all my questions. I advised him I was interested, but not ready to commit until I could schedule a test drive. The sales manager came over (I’m saying to myself, HERE WE GO!). He introduced himself to me, asked me a few questions and wanted to know if I wanted to be notified when the test drive was available. I provided my info and they thanked me for stopping in and looked forward to serving me in the near future. NO HASSLE or PRESURE. I left there anticipating maybe the next visit the sharks would be out. I received a notice and scheduled a visit for the test drive. All went well, I was introduced to quite a few people that were also intrigued with the new model and were ALL very kind. I sat down with Pat Kelly again and we started discussing the potential for either purchasing the one that was on the lot or Pre-Order. I provided him with the best quote I received from a competitor and without hassle, it was reviewed by the sales manager who came back to talk to me for a couple of minutes and agreed to match it. Fast forwarding, we negotiated a bit on the Tradein value, and we came to an appropriate agreement. At this point, I’m am still waiting for the problems to arise,,, they simply never occurred. I Pre-Ordered my car, and it was the most pleasurable, non-pressure purchase I have ever made in decades of buying cars! Fast forwarding to the notice that my car was ready for pickup, I was VERY anxious! I spent a lot of time going through the numbers and paperwork thinking this has gone too easy, I must prepare myself for the fight when I get to that finance office! I went in ready,, I was introduced to Shawn and he was very polite and professional,, he went through some options that were available for purchase (as expected), such as warranties, maintenance contracts etc, and at no time did he PUSH. He made it a pleasurable process, I couldn’t believe how smooth this had been going up to this point. I had to hesitate a bit before I finalized because I had to question myself as to what I could possibly be missing? I missed nothing. I was so relieved I expressed my gratitude regarding how everyone involved was so professional and graceful! I can’t say enough good things about my experience (this is lengthy enough to read as it is LOL). I had to go back to finalize few things after I picked up the car and I continued to get the outstanding service you cant seem to get elsewhere. This is my 1st Subaru, I am hoping to have it a very long time and I plan on continuing to work with Patriot Subaru, for my current car needs and for future purchases. If you are interested in Subaru, and want to avoid pressure and hassles,, go see Pat Kelly at Patriot Subaru in North Attleboro, no matter where you live. It will be worth the trip. this is the kind of service you know you cant find, but wish you could! No, they are not paying me to say that. Thank you staff at Patriot Subaru, especially Pat Kelly (Sales) and Shawn Lajeunesse (Finance), well deserving of my time to write this review! Thank you all! Donald Pierce UPDATE: 8/26/19 I did an online Scheduled maintenance appointment awhile back, I was dropping off my car overnight for next day service. In the process, I was locking up my car and walking over to my wife who was driving our other vehicle to take me home, and Pat Kelly came out to say hello, he actually remembered our names. This guy went out of his way to from within the building to come out and greet us. he had no idea we were coming, he just happened to spot the car from a distance. Not only did he have a nice chat with us, the service dept was closed, he went out of his way yet again to open up the service garage to let us park our car in there! And the next day, he even called me twice to update me on my service. I never had such great service during a purchase such as I had here, I most certainly never had such service AFTER the sale. Keep up the great work and customer relations Pat. I wont hesitate to go back there for next purchase. I realize this is all long winded, but I hope someone reads it and appreciates it! More
