Greetings readers, This is skiguy55, the author of this review. Less than 3 hours after posting this, Cliff the service manager contacted me. They've rebated the full cost of replacing the bearings and have assured me that the warranty is still valid. I just got the check in the mail today, 4/1/19. The explanation of the non-returned call and lack of resolution at the time, was that the sales manager was out sick with pneumonia. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm now satisfied, just disappointed it took this review for them to respond. If I could retract this I would because based on their response, they no longer deserve a 1 star.

We certainly appreciate criticism, and we consider all that we do fair game to critique. This was a situation where we tried our best to work out a plan. Our incentive offer of up to $4000 over KBB book value was a special program that ran from March 13-16. The KBB value is provided after we give the car a thorough inspection, and you select a new or used car to purchase. When you came in you were looking for a Chrysler 300, which we did not have in our used inventory. We said we could probably locate one for you, but it would take some time, and certainly not be done in a day, and before the end of the incentive. We did evaluate your trade, and made you a fair offer based on KBB and the condition of the car. No, it was not the amount you wanted. We were not guaranteeing $4000 on everything that came in the door, lest someone buy a clunker for $200 and turn it in expecting $4000. We said we were giving up to that amount based on condition. Second, we would be outside of the incentive offer window. Very fair, upfront, transparent. We did not get to the point of discussing the purchase of an in-stock vehicle during the incentive time frame, so we did not make any amendments to the offer. When you left here, all seemed well, though we were disappointed that we were unable to help you. We must say we were surprised to see your review as those sentiments did not seem to be apparent when you departed. Nonetheless, we respect everyone’s feelings, so we’ll do all we can to work with you. We certainly want to help you with your goals, and hope that we can talk this week.
