Worst Car Buying Experience/Complete Incompetence Buying a new car is never an easy thing. It definitely should not be as hard as Patriot Subaru from North Attleboro made the experience. Every step of Buying a new car is never an easy thing. It definitely should not be as hard as Patriot Subaru from North Attleboro made the experience. Every step of the way, after the initial test drive, turned from what should have been a smooth and easy transaction into a nightmare. The days and weeks of a series of visits, telephone calls, faxes, and numerous requests to update my mailing address, became an exercise in futility and an utter and complete waste of time and energy. I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO PATRIOT SUBARU TO BUY A CAR!!! The business manager Shawn, was the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in any type of sales/service capacity. He NEVER, NEVER provided a clear explanation, NEVER apologized for the NUMEROUS MISTAKES he made throughout the transaction pre and post sale and even created a situation where they took a payment from me but did not apply it properly to the bank, for which I was charged a late fee (for which they will not credit to me) and mark against my credit. My advice would be to find ANY OTHER SUBARU DEALER ON THE PLANET. You will be very sorry if you buy from them unless you enjoy HORRIBLE SERVICE and being LIED to. He DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE the lowest possible rating which is one star. Max was no better when I tried to explain the situation, continued to talk over me and cut me off and continued to "mansplain" to me an inaccurate accounting of the facts and also insulted me further throughout the conversation and became surprised when I raised my voice. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR EVER!!!!!! BEWARE. More

I raised my family with that car so it was emotional for me to let it go. Having Pat Kelly as our salesman was the key to purchasing our car. I did my research before going car shopping and visited a number of other Subaru dealerships. Without question, Pat was the only salesman who listened to what we were interested in purchasing vs. selling what was on the lot. My brand new 2018 Outback 3.6 is equipped with exactly what we wanted and it is one xxxx good looking car. The rest of the team was very knowledgeable in each of their areas.
