Chad then put me in touch with James who set up the deal quickly, without any nonsense or ridiculous figures. I can certainly tell you that working with them was the most pleasurable experience I've had at a car dealership to date. Chad even went out of his way to introduce me to the owner, service manager, and other staff members that would help me throughout the process. This place is outstanding! More

I went to Patriot Subaru because they basically had the car I was looking for at a great price ( I saw it online ). I had heard their commercials on the radio, but I knew nothing more about the dealership. I was looking to trade my car in, but wanted it to be a smooth transition, and was it ever. First I was greeted by Chad, who showed me the car I was looking for and worked hard on a snowy late Friday afternoon. He was a very outgoing down to earth salesman, no pressure and had knowledge of the cars he showed me. Then I sat down with James to discuss my trade in value and a price for the car I wanted to purchase. I can be tough when it comes to this, but James handled it professionally and we came up with numbers that worked for me. It was a hassle free experience to say the least. While I waited for the Finance manager, I was speaking with a gentleman at the counter just about life experiences ( to pass the time ). This guy was so nice and we had some mutual music tastes, so it was an enjoyable conversations. Turns out the gentleman was the owner!! Such a down to earth, cool guy, not hiding in an office, a breath of fresh air!! Also had a nice conversation with John at the counter, just a great group of employees. Last, I sat down with Anthony and he just was great!! He explained everything I was signing to a T and was very thorough, yet flew threw the process at my request. Overall, my experience at Patriot couldn't have been better and I think it starts at the top!! Great job Adam and all your staff!! More

5-Star Dealership Across the Board! I could not possibly write a review that would do Patriot of North Attleboro justice, but I will try, and it will probably be a little lengthy, so ple I could not possibly write a review that would do Patriot of North Attleboro justice, but I will try, and it will probably be a little lengthy, so please bear with me. This dealership has been incredible in every aspect since my first visit this past November. I was looking to buy a new car to replace my 2003 Camry, who was on borrowed time with 220,000 miles and a new 130-mile-a-day commute. I had been car shopping for about a month, and was not enjoying the experience. Every dealership I went to was either full of stereotypical salesman trying to con me into a purchase, or worse yet, wouldn't give me the time of day because, at 23, they didn't consider me a serious potential buyer and met me with “Used, right?”. Patriot was completely different. I decided to check them out at the recommendation of my brother-in-law, who had just leased a Forester from Patriot a month prior. From the second I walked in the door, the atmosphere was like no other dealership I had visited. Every single employee was attentive, friendly, respectful, and professional. The facilities are beautiful. I test drove (and completely fell in love with) the 2015 Legacy. In the week or so after my test drive, I received a single phone call to make sure all questions were answered, but otherwise was not badgered or hounded at all. Shortly after, I made the decision to buy and returned to Patriot to work out a deal. I had crunched numbers at several other dealerships, and Patriot was by far the most competitive in terms of pricing (Not to mention their lifetime power-train warranty beats any other make or dealership’s). If you are not a fan of, or would rather skip the negotiation process of buying a car, Patriot is no-hassle and you will not overpay. That is not in my nature though, and I am sure I was a huge headache while trying to finalize price. At no point was I treated with any less respect, though in retrospect they probably would have been justified in letting my business go. Instead, they earned it. The finance department was also great. I had secured a good rate through a bank, but decided to go through Subaru instead (it was easier and the rates were even better). I was walked through every dollar and understood exactly what I was paying for, no surprises at any point. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Patriot took care of all registration paperwork, and when there was an issue at the DMV (not related to the dealership, DMV fault), Patriot provided me with a loaner car for the extra day I would have to wait for my Legacy to be ready. I picked up my new car two days before Thanksgiving. Even though they had already closed the sale, the salesperson I worked with sat in the car with me and walked me through all the bells and whistles, hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth, and even customized sound system settings based on what I said did or did not sound good. My lengthy commute meant the first oil change was due after about six weeks. I made an appointment (called at lunch, they fit me in for right after I got off work same day), and was about 15 minutes late due to traffic. The service department seemed busy and I apologized for being late, I was told it was no problem and they would have me in and out in about 25 minutes, which they did (they even washed my car). Worth mentioning that the service prices seem pretty fair, and the oil changes are unbeatable (cost half as much as Jiffy Lube). Just like the sales team and finance team, the service team members are also incredible. Professional, friendly, attentive, and quick! Having bought from Patriot feels like I am in some sort of club. They often have charity/fundraising events that I get email invitations to. Best holiday wishes emails went out to the “Patriot Subaru Family”, and I even received an email on my birthday wishing me a happy birthday with a coupon for a free wash and vacuum. Every associate that I have interacted with remembers my name and greets me any time I am there. This morning, after the bad snow storm, I noticed my car shaking pretty badly on my way in to work. I stopped by Patriot unannounced early this morning and asked them if they would mind taking a look. Turns out it was just snow in my tires, (the very common problem that I should have realized as a New Englander), but I wanted to make sure it was safe. They took my car in right away, cleaned off my tires, and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing it was just snow in my tires, even taking the time to show me how small a wheel weight is and telling stories of their own wheels getting clogged with snow causing highway shakes. I grabbed coffee and a muffin for the road, and they sent me on my way less than 10 minutes later. As I pulled out, one of the managers, John, saw me as he was pulling in and he beeped and waved. These things may not sound important, but they give the feeling that you are among friends, and it is nice to get a friendly wave as you leave a place. Overall, there are so many reasons why I love this dealership. I cannot imagine a single person who would regret making an important purchase like a car from such a great establishment. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro and sincerely thank them for everything they do. We will be back here for all of our service and buying needs! More

We were lied to many times and the amount of mis-communication that went on was unreal. My parents worked with Mike Brooks when they purchased their car and it was their recommendation that we contact him and see if he could help us. We went down to the Subaru dealer and found a great car that had a great price tag on it. We were going to be getting a lot of car for our money. John, Mike & Anthony we're all so great to work with and I never had a better experience at a car dealer in my whole life. It is rare to find at a car dealership people that will bend over backwards for you. I felt like everyone did everything they possibly could for this car to work out for my husband & I. I never once felt stressed, nervous or that I was ever being mislead about anything. I never felt any pressure to have to make a decision, etc. I felt like all my questions we're answered and everyone was communicating with me constantly while this deal was going on. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. This was a great experience and I can't wait to drive my new car! Thanks again John, Mike & Anthony you definitely have made me very happy! More
Highly Recommend I initially was brought into the dealership because I was using the USAA buying service and they were a USAA certified dealer. When I got there they showed me a used one that had only 2,000 miles on it. They could negotiate even better on it. Jim Kelly spent all afternoon with me as we drove a couple different cars. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the cars is evident. I received a little push to put a deposit on the car, but it was not a big deal when I said I had to sleep on it. If I was pressured I would have not have been happy. Next day I let them know I'd take it. I live very close to a Subaru dealer in Warwick, RI, but I am glad I drove to Patriot. More
