Stress Free Car Buying Experience I went to the dealership based of my banks car buying service (there about 60 miles away from me) to look at a crosstrek. Upon getting there I was gre I went to the dealership based of my banks car buying service (there about 60 miles away from me) to look at a crosstrek. Upon getting there I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist and sat down in there fairly comfortable waiting area. The saleswomen introduced herself about 10 minutes later and we talked about what kind of vehicle would best suit my needs. She did not try to up sell me or push any unneeded upgrades. When I chose the car I wanted I put a deposit on it and came back the next day to finalize everything. This again was a smooth process and I didn't mind the short wait it took to get to the paper work. In that time I did want the all weather mats and arranged to have them with the service department. Unfortunately he left before I was done so they called him back and he came back with a smile on his face and wanted to make sure I was OK. The saleswomen then made sure the mechanics installed them right away so I could go home at a decent time. I will defiantly be buying my next Subaru from them and they are worth the hour drive for there service and extended warentee included. More

Sharon introduced us to Maceo, we were offered coffee and the entire crew and atmosphere was friendly, casual yet professional. There was no pressure or hassle of any kind. Great experience purchasing a 2015 Outback here I had contacted many dealerships unsuccessfully in MA and even NH and RI to find a new 2015 Outback Limited with the options and colors my wife and I I had contacted many dealerships unsuccessfully in MA and even NH and RI to find a new 2015 Outback Limited with the options and colors my wife and I were looking for. We had also visited a few other dealerships that tried to get us to custom order a new car (with a 2-3 month wait) or bait us into waiting for incoming cars that didn't quite match our wants. Sharon was able to do a swap from the Patriot Saco dealership to get what we wanted and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The entire process was smooth, and Jen in the finance department was also very helpful in getting our finance application and paperwork completed. When going to sign the title and when going to pick up the car, one of the service staff (Sorry blanking on the name!) and Sharon went over the many features of the car and patiently answered any questions we had. All the staff I encountered at the dealership were friendly and based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! More

I went to Patriot Subaru because they basically had the car I was looking for at a great price ( I saw it online ). I had heard their commercials on the radio, but I knew nothing more about the dealership. I was looking to trade my car in, but wanted it to be a smooth transition, and was it ever. First I was greeted by Chad, who showed me the car I was looking for and worked hard on a snowy late Friday afternoon. He was a very outgoing down to earth salesman, no pressure and had knowledge of the cars he showed me. Then I sat down with James to discuss my trade in value and a price for the car I wanted to purchase. I can be tough when it comes to this, but James handled it professionally and we came up with numbers that worked for me. It was a hassle free experience to say the least. While I waited for the Finance manager, I was speaking with a gentleman at the counter just about life experiences ( to pass the time ). This guy was so nice and we had some mutual music tastes, so it was an enjoyable conversations. Turns out the gentleman was the owner!! Such a down to earth, cool guy, not hiding in an office, a breath of fresh air!! Also had a nice conversation with John at the counter, just a great group of employees. Last, I sat down with Anthony and he just was great!! He explained everything I was signing to a T and was very thorough, yet flew threw the process at my request. Overall, my experience at Patriot couldn't have been better and I think it starts at the top!! Great job Adam and all your staff!! More
