The best and easiest Car Buying Experience I have ever had!! I went to Patriot Subaru reluctantly, because I already knew I did not want a Subaru, but my husband insisted that I go and test drive a Subaru Forest I went to Patriot Subaru reluctantly, because I already knew I did not want a Subaru, but my husband insisted that I go and test drive a Subaru Forester before purchasing something else. My husband is absolutely obsessed with cars and for a hobby he likes to read about every make and model, watch video reviews and then go test drive cars. He was trying to sell me on a Subaru forever, because he said they were one of the best cars out there. So I went in with the hubby to get the test drive out of the way so that I could move on to the next car dealership. We went in and were helped by Elizabeth Husted(aka Betty) and she was the perfect sales person for us! No pressure sales is what we like, and she was extremely knowledgeable on Subaru and other car models. We had great discussions on all the cars that I was looking at. Betty was extremely personable and was able to laugh at all my husbands "quirky jokes". So I drove the Subaru and it was a nice car, which explains why I know so many people who drive them, however it did not have all the bells and whistles in the car that I desired within my price range. So when we got back to the dealership Elizabeth told us about a recent trade in that had not even been listed yet, it was the CRV!!! That was the car I wanted all along and it was fully loaded. Don McEwen, the General Manager ended up giving us a great deal on the car as well as a true and fair price for my trade in. The trade in value was one of the most important factors in us buying this car. They also gave us their Lifetime Power-train Warranty for the car! We got the best deal compared to any of the other dealerships we had visited that day. We knew we could not pass up this deal. Another great thing was that Jennifer Alden in Finance ended up getting us a much better financing deal then we already had! The process from Sales to financing was a breeze and so seamless. Exactly how the car buying experience should be! I will recommend everyone I know to this Dealership even if they are not looking for a Subaru. Thank you Patriot Subaru for taking a high stress ordeal and making it so pleasurable and easy! More

George in management honored the price, no haggling! Our salesman Sean Griffin was very personable, honest and upfront. Not pushy at all. Would direct friends to seek him out. Anthony Castergini in finance was also pleasant. Offered a few extended warranty options, beyond their complimentary lifetime warranty, but not at all insistent or pushy. Made it work I was looking to get out of a bad car loan and into a new Subaru. My husband and I were greeted by James McEwen right as soon as we got to the dealership and he did a very thorough job showing us the Crosstrecks and explaining the differences in each model. He also took us on test drive and explained all the mechanics of the car as well which I really appreciated. Once I purchased the car I was told the car was being cleaned and was being given a full tank of gas which again I really appreciated. Overall, everyone my husband and I met were very friendly and made our experience of purchasing a Subaru very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership. More

Service was great !!!!!!!! I was made to feel as if I was the only customer in the Service Center. Joe, the manager, was attentive and helpful. Altho my repairs were covered u I was made to feel as if I was the only customer in the Service Center. Joe, the manager, was attentive and helpful. Altho my repairs were covered under extended warranty I feel I received the same level of attention as if I would end up giving them monies. Many Thanks to Sean Griffin who explained the many options and test drove them with me. He even set up my droid phone to the Blue tooth in my wonderful new Subaru. Many years ago, when my daughter had been driving only 6 months, she was hit (and run) by a truck. Our brand new Subaru was totaled but my daughter did not have a scratch on her (even went to school the next day). Attleboro Police, who responded, told me the car saved her Life! Needless to say I've owned a Subaru ever since! And when she and husband bought their first car after graduate school-guess what-- a Subaru Outback- and 15 years later, I still cart the grandchildren around in it when I visit San Jose. Thanks Patriot- I look forward to many years of routine maintenance but no problems- just like my other Outbacks, and thanks Sean for taking the time to help me with the TECHY stuff!
