Fantastic customer service I was very impressed from the moment I walked in for my scheduled test drive, the way I was greeted and the friendliness of everyone there. I was seated in the comfy customer lounge and offered free coffee/tea. Maceo Johnson was my sales man. He was awesome. Please ask for him to help you if you go in for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained every detail about my new Crosstrek to me (and there were many)! There was no pressure from anyone. I never thought I would say this, but, leasing this vehicle was actually a pleasant experience for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Maceo Johnson for your sales person. More

He was fair, honest, and made myself, father, and brother feel comfortable and important. There was no pressure, and there was full disclosure. They did their homework regarding my trade and didn't start with a number that was ridiculous. He understood my budget and made sure to get me into the correct vehicle. Everyone in the dealership was super nice. The manager came over and was very respectful and friendly. I can't believe what an amazing experience we had. It was well worth the extra drive. We were met by staff immediately and connected with the sales woman we'd contacted. They were well stocked and extremely helpful as well as apologetic about our previous experience. We ended up purchasing a car that day and Betty made it as painless as possible. When we arrived on Tuesday evening to pick up the car Betty again was extremely helpful as was Anthony when there was a small cosmetic issue. Anthony took care of it immediately. We are very happy with our new car and feel that the team at Patriot listen and actually try to work with you in a straight forward manner. Made a big difference. More
