A Bad Experience I went to Patriot Subaru to buy a new car. I had a RAV 4 and wanted to buy a different car. There were two features that I told the salesman that I I went to Patriot Subaru to buy a new car. I had a RAV 4 and wanted to buy a different car. There were two features that I told the salesman that I had to have. One was Navigation and the other was a blind spot monitor. I had both of these on my previous car and wanted them again. The salespeople assured me that these features were available on the Forester Touring. When my car came in, my sales person said that there was an issue with the blind spot monitor and that they had what is called approach lighting. After I test drove the car, I told him the approach lighting did not work as they said it would. He then test drove the car and had to admit the same thing. I was then told that I did not have to take the car because it was not as promised. The salesman told me that I would be refunded my money ($986.76) because the feature I was looking for was misrepresented. It is now two weeks later and my refund has not been issued. I have a dispute in with the credit card company to help me resolve this issue. So not only did this dealership misrepresent features on the car, they also are not being fair about my refund. I have had to call them twice and still I do not have an answer as to why I have not received my credit. I would be very cautious about what you are told; be sure that they are representing the features of the cars correctly, and hope you never need to be refunded any money. This has been a very bad experience and this is one dealership that no one in my family will ever visit again. More

Great experience at Patriot Subaru I went to Patriot Subaru to look at replacing my 2012 Impreza, a car that did not live up to my expectations from a reliability standpoint and proved I went to Patriot Subaru to look at replacing my 2012 Impreza, a car that did not live up to my expectations from a reliability standpoint and proved to be a seriously bad apple. I spoke with Tanya Fleurant in the Internet Sales department about replacing the car--Subaru had given me a credit towards a new vehicle due to my situation. She was friendly and helpful. Then I met with Chris Gadreau to look at a 2015 Forester Premium with manual transmission that they had on the lot. Chris was very helpful as well. I received a much better price for my old car than I had been offered by a different dealer, and ended up paying about $500 less for the Forester vs other dealers, before the credit. Also attractive financing and a painless experience working with the finance department. I ended up driving home in the Forester, despite a minor snafu getting the bluetooth to pair (not the dealer's fault and it was eventually resolved). Overall a great dealer experience and I would definitely recommend Patriot Subaru. More

The dealership itself is new and is beautiful with lots of amenities and great incentives. My salesperson, Maceo was extremely knowledge and was able to find the exact car with all the options and color I wanted in little time. I had the absolute best experience I had an awesome experience at this dealership. From the time I walked in to my sales person Chris Gaudreau. I was very nervous when I arrived. He put me at ease and assured me he and the whole team would do everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted with all the options I wanted, right down to the color. I can't say enough about the staff right down to Chad the young man that showed me the complete ins out and upside downs of all the changes in the 2015 Forrester, as I already owned a 2010 Forrester. I am absolutely impressed that I was able to get the Forrester I wanted in every way possible with the payment I wanted. I was treated with the utmost respect (which means a lot as a woman shopping for a car alone),and to get every warranty possible including the limited lifetime one with no extra charges. In the last minute my wife decided it wasn't quite she would like and he brought in a20 16 which we the car that she would like him again he took was on another trip and explain the car to us when we got back we felt that he explained it to us so good that we were going to buy it.
