In the end, we had to wait for our Outback because it was in transit, but we are thrilled with our new car! Jim Connolly also went out of his way to make us feel comfortable about the whole process and Max was very knowledgeable and professional when completing the financial paperwork with us. Even Elizabeth, who helped us set up Starlink, and John, who went over all the "ins and outs" of the car were easy to work with. Honest and Guidance I was like a kid in a candy shop. I was ready to buy the 2016 WRX STI without a moment of hesitation, and I do not have any thing that could even be I was like a kid in a candy shop. I was ready to buy the 2016 WRX STI without a moment of hesitation, and I do not have any thing that could even be considered a poker face, so everyone knew what was on my mind. I could have easily payed the extra money if I was continued to be steered toward the STI. However, one of the employees had just leased one of the STI's and told me everything it was and everything it wasn't. In the end his final advice was to just go with the Limited base model, and that it was not worth the money to pay for the extra horsepower the the few other amenities that came with, despite my unmasked eagerly drooling face for the STI. I appreciated this so much because they could have easily sold me a more expensive car and made more money, but instead were completely honest and transparent in their sales. Overall amazing experience. More
