So worth the drive There are two local Subaru dealerships near my home but I was not satisfied with the deal I was quoted, the response time and the professionalism one There are two local Subaru dealerships near my home but I was not satisfied with the deal I was quoted, the response time and the professionalism one would expect when making a major purchase. I heard about Patriot Subaru from an inquiry request on the internet for a particular color Outback. They responded immediately and were able to find the color I wanted... which wasnt an easy task! The sales team is fantastic! I initially worked with Ben who game me the deal I was looking for and he introduced me to Jason Roy who closed the deal. Jason was so patient with me as I waived back and forth on the color and the model Of course, I went with my first choice :). I have worked with quite a few dealers over the years but this is by far the most accommodating, professional and customer driven dealer. Kudos to Jason for making this such a pleasant car buying experience! Again, so worth the one hour drive! More

When he heard the features that made the difference to me he didn't try to up sell me at all but instead made sure I got all I wanted for the best price without bundling in things i would never use. He went above and beyond and was incredibly patient and professional and answered all my questions. Originally i wanted a wilderness green Outback but there were none in inventory so we settled on a red one. The next day he called when he noticed one came in on the truck unexpectedly and he held it for me. I was thrilled, there was no way i would have known that it came in but his dedication to customer service was unparalleled because he knew how much i wanted that color. I will definitely be back and be sure to refer my friends. More
Stress Free Car Dealership Experience When we decided to replace our VW Jetta TDI with a Subaru Forester, my husband heard from several coworkers/Subaru owners that we should go to Patriot When we decided to replace our VW Jetta TDI with a Subaru Forester, my husband heard from several coworkers/Subaru owners that we should go to Patriot Subaru for their excellent customer service. Pat Kelly, who welcomed us at the door on our first visit, proved them right. We test drove the vehicle with Pat and he made us feel very much at ease on each visit throughout the buying process. His follow up was outstanding, even on his days off, and his honest, easy manner was refreshing. We love our new Subaru Forester and look forward to staying in touch with Pat for future car purchases. It was also nice to meet Adam Arens who took the time to thank us and wish us well before we drove off with our new Forester. Thank you Patriot Subaru and Pat for understanding the value of relationships and making it an enjoyable experience! More

Jason showed us all the features of the Subaru, as we never owned one. My husband and I felt so welcomed by Jason at the dealership, never pressured or hassled us. Jason was always attentive to our needs. He has great customer skills. He made sure he found the right vehicle for us with what we wanted. Jason was amazing he made it fun and exciting to buy a car for once in our lives! This was the best car experience we ever had. Not only was he an outstanding salesman but by the end of the deal we ended up with a friend. Thank you Patriot Subaru for having a great salesman like Jason. More
Warning to stay away In September 2016, we purchased a to-be-delivered Forester from Patriot’s North Attleboro location, executing a contract specifying the car’s VIN numb In September 2016, we purchased a to-be-delivered Forester from Patriot’s North Attleboro location, executing a contract specifying the car’s VIN number and price and offering a deposit on our credit card. When the car arrived at the dealership in October, Patriot suddenly demanded we pay an additional $1000 above the contract price. When we refused to be shaken down, they reneged on the contract and sold our car to another buyer. (Those who doubt something that sordid could actually happen are invited to consult our filings with the MA attorney general’s office and the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.) It wasn’t an instance of a rogue employee. Patriot’s owner, an Adam Arens, drove this bus. Where we come from, a real man behaves with integrity and honors his commitments. We strongly advise having NOTHING to do with either the North Attleboro or Saco dealerships. More
Poor Service and Communication People at Patriot Subaru were always friendly - other service aspects were sub-par. Car was supposed to be in service for 3-4 days. I was promised phone calls by end of day - no one called. I had to call and get updates, and even then needed tp be called back because they could not tell me status. They send numerous emails and a phone call prior to an appointment to confirm - but do not take the time or have the consideration to call and update you on the status of the work on your car, especially when time frames are not being met. I had made an appt and requested a loaner car. I informed the person who called me the day before that I requested a loaner - and when I show up first thing in morning - they have no loaner. So I need to leave and come back later that night. No consideration of the inconvenience and my time. Daytime running light issue - had car in twice for this - and both times they said it was fixed. Both times it was not fixed and they still do not work. Issues happen and people make mistakes - but Patriot Subaru doesn't take any responsibility or try to make it right. All they do is say they are sorry. No pro-active assistance, no coupons or discount. No p[hone call from a manager afterwards to apologize. Bring your car elsewhere, unless you want headaches. More

The mountain I live on is 2,000 feet above sea level. I drove a Ford Explorer and it was dependable and got me where I had to go. Having a vehicle for ten years means I invested a lot of money in maintenance and repairs and after the transmission broke for the second time I found myself seeking a new car. I had a Subaru 4 door sedan, turbo when I lived in Connecticut and loved that car. I see Subarus driving all around Vermont. Knowing this I can buy one because the brand is tried, tested, and true in Vermont climate. This was my chance to go back to my first love, Subaru. I contacted Pat Kelly at Patriot Subaru, North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Pat worked with me to select an awesome 2017 Subaru Forester. He made working through the financial protocol less stressful and worked with me in a respectful manner. I was especially surprised and pleased to find out that Pat Kelly was driving my new Forester to Vermont. We met at the Bennington Motor Vehicle and together we registered my car. He put my plates on, explained all the options on the car, and even hooked up my Bluetooth telephone! All I had to do was get in my 2017 Subaru Forester, and drive away. I am very pleased with the Customer Service I experienced from Patriot Subaru; I will recommend my family and friends. And to Pat Kelly, A heartfelt thanks. Respectfully, Deborah Bouchard More

I have posted this review on Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, Dealer Rater, BBB, and SureCritic.I received a response from someone in your organization regarding the BBB review that indicated that you have a problem with honesty in your organization. Mary told me on Friday 9-9-16 that you had the transmission and you would start work on Monday 9-12-16. According to the response I received regarding my review on the BBB site you received the transmission on Tuesday 9-13-16 and started to work on it that day. If the Patriot Subaru Service Team had been honest throughout the process we would not be posting these reviews. Had they under promised and over delivered I would have been delighted with the service. In every conversation I had regarding my lack of satisfaction with the service,I mentioned that I would be writing a review and answering a survey about the service that was provided. At no point did anyone at Patriot Subaru sound concerned about this. I find it interesting that now that I have acted on my intentions all of a sudden they are concerned. 9-16-16 As a professional who deals with high end clients on a daily basis the first rule of customer service is to manage expectations. Sadly the Patriot Subaru service department has not had a lesson on this topic. When I asked for a time frame of the status of my repair I was given vague and incorrect answers. I had to call multiple times for information and was not given the correct information. I was promised my car would be ready for pick up "absolutely" by 6pm on a certain day. When I called two hours before the service representative did not know when my car would be ready and promised to call me back "right away". When I called back 45 minutes later the service representative told me they had to order another part and my car would not be ready until the next day. I should have received a call the minute they knew that another part was needed and not have had to call twice. Tracking technology in 2016 is pretty amazing, it is sad that Patriot Subaru does not have the technology available to them. Especially since the dealership has only been in business in this location for a few years. When I was told about the need to order the original part the service representative told me it would take 'about a week". I recently bought paper towels online and was notified of every development in the tracking. My advice is to call on a daily basis to find out the status of your vehicle if you want to be informed because the staff at Patriot Subaru will not contact you. More

Best Experience EVER buying a car I was shopping for a new SUV - and debated between a Subaru Outback or Forrester and/or Toyota RAV4. After doing my on-line research and test driving I was shopping for a new SUV - and debated between a Subaru Outback or Forrester and/or Toyota RAV4. After doing my on-line research and test driving the RAV - I decided on the Subaru. Once again, I found myself on-line looking for dealers. Patriot had the best reviews out of the three in my area. I could not have been happier...from the time I walked through the door on Saturday and was met by David Sacco - until Sunday when I drove out with my 2017 Subaru Outback I was treated with respect and dignity. No hard sell, no back and forth - - it was really that easy. Everyone in that dealership was professional, courteous and looked like they were actually having a good time. I certainly was. Thank you.
